Meet Victoria

EPIC was founded in 2019 by Victoria Elliott-Potter. Based in Essex, we focus on two key areas of every business – training & strategy, either together or independently.

Victoria has helped thousands of businesses over the years achieve their full potential in almost all industries. With extensive consulting, sales and business leadership experience as well as over 20 years of media expertise, Vicky has a proven track record of helping from SME’s through to national market-leading brands increase their turnover.

Vicky has been a keynote speaker at well over 400 business conferences across the UK and the EMEA in the last 15 years.

EPIC’s approach is different to others – we don’t just get under the skin of your company to create, refresh or revive your business plans, EPIC gets involved. We see all projects and plans through to a successful outcome by offering operational expertise, support and leadership in the short, medium or long term. We can develop your team with high energy and tailor-made training that will both improve their results and commercial skills, and they’ll enjoy it too!

We work both in the business-to-business & business-to-consumer arena. We operate a simple daily fee structure to make it easy to deal with us, and with no long term commitments.
